Semyon Gluzman is the president and founder of the Ukrainian Psychiatric Association, founder of the American-Ukrainian Bureau for Human Rights, director of the International Medical Rehabilitation Center for the Victims of War and Totalitarian Regimes, a member of the Council of Experts under the Ukraine’s Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. He also is co-chairperson of the Babi Yar Committee and former dissident and political prisoner.

A Message from Semyon Gluzman

My name is Tatyana Dergach, and I am coordinating psychiatrist of the Ukrainian penitentiary service. I am originally from Donetsk, but was forced to flee when the war started there in 2014. Now I had to flee again, and I am currently in Western Ukraine, helping my country to defend itself against the foreign aggressor.
